INDIVIDUALS (13+), COUPLES WHITE HOUSE / EAST NASHVILLE Rebecca earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and is a licensed in the State of Tennessee (#5159). She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology , with specializations in Addiction & Recovery and Christian Counseling. Rebecca is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals for healing and wellness. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal-informed techniques, and Transactional Analysis. She is certified in Brainspotting, Art Therapy for Anxiety and Addiction, SYMBIS Premarital Assessment, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. Rebecca has a strong clinical interest in working with clients impacted by substance use disorders—both individuals and their family members. She also works with adolescents and adults (ages 13+) experiencing a range of mental health challenges, as well as couples navigating infidelity, anger, and relationship conflict.
