Holli gained her Master's degree in Agency Counseling from Austin Peay State University in 2006 and her Bachelor's degree in Family Studies from Union University in 2004. She has been a licensed provider since 2009 and an approved supervisor with the State of Tennessee since 2018.

She views her career as a counselor as a way to serve others and has recently realized how much she also enjoys working with new counselors beginning their careers. The Healing Journey is a vision she's been working toward since graduate school, and she feels passionate about her role as a counselor, supervisor, and business owner.

She works with clients over age 13 and specializes in working with couples, women's issues, parenting struggles, family-conflict mediation, life transition issues, boundaries, anxiety, and depression. She also operates as a site supervisor for practicum students, interns, and post-graduate counselors working toward licensure.
