Michele earned her degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. After graduating, she relocated to Nashville in 2021 to pursue a Master's in Counseling at Lipscomb University, specializing in Play Therapy and Expressive Arts. Michele has always had a deep passion for working with teenagers, as it’s a pivotal time for self-discovery and personal growth. She also finds working with adults to be incredibly rewarding, offering a unique perspective on the complexities of the human experience.

Michele’s areas of focus include life transitions, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, trauma, and attachment. Above all, she values the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and safe.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, and indulging in her favorite things: great food, good music, and the beach.
