JAMIE HIPES, LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER
INDIVIDUALS (5-17) HENDERSONVILLE / WHITE HOUSE Jamie graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2017 and earned a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University in 2020. She obtained social work licensure in 2021 and currently holds her LMSW. Jamie specializes in working with children and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where young clients feel seen and valued. She strives to make therapy approachable—more like a conversation, art project, or game—rather than something intimidating or overly clinical. Jamie meets clients where they are—whether that’s building on the floor, talking while coloring, or sharing laughs over a game. She blends talk therapy with creative approaches such as art, play, and role-playing to help kids express emotions that may be difficult to put into words. For younger clients, Jamie begins with an initial parent session to better understand concerns and goals for therapy. She also provides regular parent check-ins to keep caregivers informed, supported, and actively involved in the process—because family collaboration is a vital part of a child’s healing journey.
