She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Belmont University in 2019, laying the foundation for her journey in the field of mental health. Passionate about developing her skills, Ally pursued a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021. Her path was enriched by her experience in community mental health before transitioning to private practice settings. Ally's professional journey has focused on assisting youth and adults facing a diverse range of challenges. She is particularly passionate about working with clients affected by OCD, anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, trauma, and depression. Ally employs evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. As a clinician, she strives to meet every client where they are, providing a non-judgmental and comfortable space for them to express their thoughts and emotions. Ally’s goal is to collaborate with and guide each client by offering effective tools to address their challenges and stressors. In her free time, she enjoys reading mystery novels, listening to music, and attending concerts. She has two pets: a cat named Miley and an English bulldog named Gibbs.
